Pricing: Termination Notices
$95 Flat Attorney Fee
Under the Cook County Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (CCRLTO), passed in June of 2021, and Chicago’s Fair Notice Ordinance, passed in June of 2020, new rules went into effect regarding the form, timing, and serving of termination notices. Failure to follow these rules could result in the dismissal of your eviction. These ordinances also have new rules regarding increases and payment of rent. If you are considering an eviction at this time, it is critical to have legal counsel to guide you.
For a flat rate of $95, I will prepare a termination notice for you that complies with state and local statutes and ordinances.
