Lake, DuPage, and Suburban Cook Residential Evictions:

Attorney Fee Starting At $595

In recent months, evictions have become considerably more costly, lengthy, and complex. Success in an eviction depends on a careful review of your lease, your termination notice, and other documentation. If your property is located in suburban Cook County, you must now comply with the new Cook County Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (CCRLTO), which has extensive and complex rules regarding leasing and evictions. Failure to comply with these rules could lead to dismissal of your case, resulting in additional lost time and money. It is very important that you have an attorney help you with this complex process.  If you need to draft a correct termination notice, I can assist you with this for a reasonable fee.

Once you are ready to file, I provide representation in a basic residential eviction case for an affordable flat rate of $595. This fee includes:

1. A thorough review of your case to ensure compliance with all statutes and ordinances.

2.  Drafting and filing of all necessary documents.

3.  Filing of all documents in court.

4.  Supervision and monitoring of service of process.

5.  Representation at all necessary court hearings prior to trial.

Don’t try to do this alone! Leave the work to an experienced attorney during these difficult times.

  • Fee applies only to residential evictions in Lake, DuPage, and Suburban Cook Counties.

  • In addition to the flat attorney fee, you will be required to pay court costs such as the filing fee, service of process, and enforcement.

  • If the case is set for trial, an additional attorney fee of $200 will be required for preparation and representation in trial proceedings.
